High quality certified true extravirgin, made in italy, olive oil(from puglia). It is obtained by manual harvest of the olives, correct degree of maturation, quick cold grinding. With 0,2-0,4% acidity and correct values of anti-oxidizers, this oil has proved effect on lowering free radicals and contributes to improve the hdl good cholesterol. Unlike the other fats, extravirgin olive oils contains a quantity of linoleic acid that equals the one contained in the maternal milk. Our oil respects the production disciplinary of D. O. P. Terra di Puglia and the disciplinary of Organic method. Its taste is pleasant, with a scent of fresh olive and almond, slightly yielded.
